Before Your Appointment
Arrive With a Clear Starting Point. Prepare a short summary of what you would like to accomplish during your appointment.
Have your practice name, software package, and relevant account reference available. List your setup questions or the steps leading up to the issue you need help with. Keep passwords, taxpayer records, and banking details out of general inquiry messages. Review the date, time, and timezone shown in the booking calendar before confirming your appointment.
