1. GOTAXTOOLS SMS Program
GOTAXTOOLS® may send text messages to people who have provided consent to receive SMS communications. Messages may relate to appointments, account activity, service requests, sales follow-up, onboarding, support, reminders, or other communications that are consistent with the consent provided.
2. How Consent May Be Collected
Depending on how you interact with GOTAXTOOLS, consent may be documented through a verbal request, an inbound text-message conversation, a website form or checkbox, an email-linked form, or another documented method that clearly identifies GOTAXTOOLS and the type of messaging requested.
Providing a telephone number by itself does not authorize unrelated messaging. GOTAXTOOLS sends SMS communications only when consent has been obtained for the applicable purpose.
3. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with GOTAXTOOLS. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
4. Opt Out
You may stop receiving text messages from a GOTAXTOOLS number at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you may receive a confirmation message. The opt-out applies to future SMS messages from the number for which the STOP request was received, subject to applicable law and carrier requirements.

6. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, promotional, or lead-generation purposes. GOTAXTOOLS may use service providers to deliver or support messaging on our behalf, subject to applicable privacy and security obligations.
8. Carrier and Network Availability
SMS delivery depends on carrier and network availability. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Changes to SMS Terms
GOTAXTOOLS may update these SMS Terms to reflect changes in our messaging practices, carrier requirements, or applicable law. The current version will be posted on this website.
